Write for Us

Know Your Collection is written for people who collect physical games. If you know something other collectors should know, we'd love to work with you on it. It's a collaboration: you share your knowledge, and we publish it with full credit to you.

What we're looking for

Guides and stories for physical game collectors. For example:

• How regions differ, and what to look for in each one
• Spotting reseals, fakes and reproductions
• Completing a set, and what you learned along the way
• The story of your collection
• A game or series you think people overlook

What we ask

• Your own work, not published anywhere else.
• Facts we can check. If you mention prices, we'll check them against MyPlayersVault's data.
• Around 600 to 1500 words.
• Photos are welcome, as long as you took them yourself.

How to send it

Email hello@knowyourcollection.com with a short pitch, or your full draft as an attached file, and a line or two about yourself.

What happens next

• We read everything, and reply if we'd like to publish it.
• We may edit for length and clarity, and we'll check any prices.
• You see the final version before it goes live.
• It's published under your name, with full credit to you.
